Mobile maintenance for Tesla owners
The routine, non-high-voltage items on Tesla's own maintenance schedule, done in your driveway or garage by a tech who works on electric vehicles every day. You get a written price before we start, and no pressure to add anything.
We refer high-voltage work to Tesla Service. We work on wheels, tires, brakes, filters, wipers and the low-voltage side only. We never open the high-voltage battery, the drive units, the orange high-voltage cabling or the battery coolant system. Warranty and recall work also goes to Tesla.
What we do
- Tire rotationRotate, set pressures, check tread depth and wear pattern, torque the lug nutsTesla's schedule: every 6,250 miles, or when tread depth differs by 2/32 in or more
- Flat tire repairPlug or patch in your driveway when the puncture is in the repairable tread areaWhen: as needed
- Cabin air filterReplace the cabin filtersTesla's schedule: every 2 years (every 3 years with HEPA and carbon filters)
- HEPA filterReplace on cars that have oneTesla's schedule: every 3 years
- Wiper blades and washer fluidNew blades, fluid topped upTesla's schedule: blades yearly
- Brake inspection and caliper servicePads, rotors and hoses checked; calipers cleaned and lubricatedTesla's schedule: calipers yearly where roads are salted; worth checking here too, since regenerative braking means the brakes see little use
- Brake fluid testTest the fluid's condition; replacement quoted or referred if it failsTesla's schedule: health check every 4 years
- Low-voltage battery checkCheck the low-voltage battery and its connections; we don't touch the high-voltage packTesla's schedule: no fixed interval
