What we collect

What you put in the request form: your name, phone, email, address, details about your cart and the problem, any photos you upload, and your consent choices. We collect only what we need to quote and do the job.

How we use it

To contact you about your request, schedule the visit, write estimates and invoices, and keep a service record for your cart.
To send service reminders and offers, only if you checked that box.
To meet legal and tax recordkeeping requirements.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use, such as the call button or the request form. It uses cookies and collects general information like your device type, browser and approximate location, not your name or contact details. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Text messages

We text you only if you agreed. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of service.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, such as our website host, website analytics (Google), payment processor, email and text providers, and only for that purpose. Card payments are handled by the payment processor; we do not store card numbers.

How long we keep it

We keep job and invoice records as long as tax and repair-shop recordkeeping rules require, and your cart's service history while you are a customer.
